SLES or Sodium Laureth Sulfate, is an organic chemical compound, called a surfactant, with excellent cleansing and foaming properties. For this reason, it is an ingredient of various detergents, household products, soaps, and shampoos.

SLES is usually supplied to the producers of the above liquids at a concentration of 70% and due to its physical properties, this concentrated solution is difficult to handle and must be diluted below 27% before using it in the process line. Buying SLES at a 27% concentration can be a huge financial investment for companies, however, with Tapflo’s SLES Mixing and Dilution Unit customers can purchase SLES at 70% concentration and dilute it themselves. Our system allows continuous dilution with maximum efficiency and safety, reducing the cost to the company in the long run.

Les pompes Tapflo pour les applications de filtre-presse sont des unités compactes qui peuvent être montées directement sur le filtre-presse. La conception et la fonctionnalité permettent à l’utilisateur un pressage direct des boues, jusqu’à 16 bars. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Pompe centrifuge verticale CTV en acier inoxydable avec moteur 2,2 kW.

🛠️ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: La pompe est utilisée dans la grande usine européenne de bougies. Le même client utilise également plusieurs pompes CT.
La pompe CTV fonctionne dans une application pour la production de «flocons de paraffine».
La plupart des bougies ne sont pas coulées à partir de cire de paraffine fondue mais sont pressées à partir de petits flocons de paraffine.
Dans cette application, la pompe CTV pompe de la cire de paraffine fondue chaude vers des buses créant un brouillard de paraffine. La brume se refroidit dans l’air et crée de la «neige de paraffine» qui tombe sur le rouleau refroidi, puis elle est grattée du rouleau, créant des flocons de paraffine utilisés pour la production de bougies.
